It started with one person feeling exhausted in a new country — and a question that changed everything.

A NEW COUNTRY. ZERO ENERGY.

In 2022, I moved to Canada with big dreams and a packed schedule — studying Electrical Engineering, adjusting to a completely new life, and trying to keep up with everything at once.

But no matter what I ate or how much I slept, I was always tired. Dragging through long days. Struggling to focus. Running on empty by noon.

I thought it was just me — until I looked around and saw my friends dealing with the exact same thing.

"We were all eating, sleeping, trying our best — but still feeling exhausted. Something was missing. Our bodies weren't getting the real fuel they needed."

THE MOMENT THE IDEA HIT

I started researching. Looking into what actually gives the body sustained energy — not a sugar rush, not a caffeine spike, but real, clean, lasting fuel.
