Return and Refund Policy
30-Day Return Window
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we're unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
No Refund on Opened Products
Due to the nature of our almond-based nutrition powder, we do not offer refunds on opened or used products. Once a product has been opened and consumed by the customer, we are unable to accept it back or issue a refund. We appreciate your understanding — this policy exists to ensure the safety and integrity of every product we ship.
If your product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days with proof and we will make it right.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
The following are not eligible for returns:
- Opened or used nutrition powder — no exceptions
- Items without a receipt or proof of purchase
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items
⚡ To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email confirming receipt. We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, follow these steps:
- First, check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before officially posted
- Contact your bank — there is often processing time before a refund is posted
- If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, email us at beastfuel.ca@gmail.com
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at beastfuel.ca@gmail.com and mail your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will be sent to the original gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to: 4 Harper Rd, Brampton, Ontario, L6W 2W4, Canada.
⚡ You are responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, delivery time for your exchanged product may vary. For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
